Sodexo Energy and Resources is seeking a Commercial Construction Scheduler/Planner to work with one of Sodexo's construction management/project controls teams at one of our largest energy accounts in Houston, TX.
This role will be supporting projects in Houston and numerous other sites.
About the jobTake ownership of facility-focused construction projects that drive real change. In this role, you'll lead site teams, coordinate resources, and manage timelines while ensuring smooth execution from planning through final delivery keeping safety, quality, and collaboration at the core.
The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
Pay Range: $110075 - $142450
Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
