Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive project management experience in General Contracting construction.
• K-12, higher education, or public-sector experience strongly preferred.
• Mastery of multiple concurrent construction projects and handling competing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
• Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall financial performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school districts, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Lead project planning, subcontract administration, procurement, and contract management.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents for safe and efficient field execution.
• Manage project documentation, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor Project Engineers and support their development in project management.
