  • Coordinate closely with Superintendents for safe and efficient field execution.
  • Manage project documentation, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor Project Engineers and support their development in project management.

Job Details

Elford is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, and overall project execution while ensuring every project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with Superintendents, Project Engineers, owners, architects, and trade partners, you'll play a key role in delivering educational facilities that positively impact students, educators, and communities throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall financial performance.
