POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESClient Fabrication Division is seeking highly motivated Acquire Project Manager's to join the Business Integration Office (BIO) in Mesa, Arizona. Our team is dedicated to driving Fabrication Centers of Excellence by onboarding new statement of work and managing both permanent and emergent work movements.
As an Acquire Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the seamless integration of new work into Fabrication Operations. This position offers the opportunity to tackle complex challenges, lead cross-functional projects, and influence operational excellence. Success in this role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines.
- Lead and manage the onboarding of new statement of work into Fabrication Operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational capabilities.
- Oversee work movement and placement activities, coordinating both permanent and emergent work transitions.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Quality, and other support functions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop comprehensive business cases, including return on investment (ROI) analyses, to support decision-making and resource allocation.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Analyze and summarize complex issues, develop innovative solutions, and coordinate resolution efforts across stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report status to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication among diverse teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely issue resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to project management processes and onboarding practices.
- Development and Implementation of Program Management Best Practices.

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAccredited Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience within production, a Master's degree and typically, 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
WORK HOURSFull-Time/First Shift
7:00 AM - 3:30 PMADDITIONALDomestic Travel Required.
