Customer Project manager - Cardiology Informatics (West/Midwest US)

The Customer Project Manager is responsible for leading the execution of complex project tasks, ensuring all deliverables meet customer expectations and are completed within the agreed-upon timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Your role:
  • Leading customer-facing Healthcare IT implementation projects for Philips Cardiology Informatics solutions, ensuring project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and deliverables are effectively managed from initiation through go-live and transition to support.
  • Serving as the primary project leader for hospital and health system customers, building trusted relationships with clinical, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders to align implementation activities with customer goals, clinical workflows, and expected outcomes.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, milestone schedules, resource plans, and communication plans to drive implementation readiness, cross-functional alignment, issue resolution, and clear stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinating Philips and customer teams, including technical resources, application specialists, integration teams, sales, service, and customer stakeholders, to support configuration, testing, validation, training, cutover planning, and successful go-live execution.
  • Managing complex healthcare technology deployments that may include infrastructure readiness, networking, virtual environments, interfaces, DICOM/HL7 connectivity, clinical workflow requirements, and site-specific implementation needs.
  • Proactively identifying project risks, issues, change requests, escalations, and customer concerns while driving timely decisions, transparent communication, and a positive customer experience throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, applying project management best practices, and helping improve implementation quality, delivery consistency, cycle time, and customer satisfaction.


You're the right fit if:
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in Healthcare Information Technology, healthcare, or the hospital imaging industry.
  • You are PMP certified or actively working toward certification, with strong knowledge of software deployment, virtual computing environments, networking solutions, clinical workflows, healthcare technology implementation practices, and related hardware considerations.
  • You bring experience leading customer-facing service delivery projects, with a strong focus on project execution, stakeholder engagement, customer satisfaction, and successful implementation outcomes.
  • You demonstrate a high level of professionalism, strong interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers, internal teams, and cross-functional partners.
  • You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, drive accountability, and complete tasks independently with minimal guidance.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.


How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in AL, AZ, AR, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, MN, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, or WY is $90,000 to $143,000.

The pay range for this position in AK, DE, HI, MD, MN, and RI is $95,000 to $150,000.

The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, NJ, NY, or WA is $101,000 to $160,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
