General Summary: The Project Management Office (PMO) Manager works closely with Senior Management to manage and prioritize the enterprise project portfolio and related project management functions. This role ensures the ongoing improvement and maintenance of the Bank's project management policies and procedures, strengthens relationships between the PMO and business units, and serves as a resource for project management and business analysis expertise to support high-quality project delivery. In addition to overseeing the department, the PMO Manager may also serve as Project Manager for assigned projects. Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree from a U.S. accredited educational institution in abanking-related field and five (5) years of work experience in banking, customer service, Information Technology (IT) or related industry, or ;
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) and ten (10) years of experience in banking, customer service, IT or related industry
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Project Manager or related work in the project management field
  • A history of proven success delivering complex or strategic enterprise-level projects
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required, or as a condition of employment to be satisfied within six months of hire
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Project and Office productivity suite software required
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP)® or Portfolio Management Professional (PfPM)® highly preferred
  • Experience in organizational change management highly preferred
  • Experience in Information Technology principles and concepts highly preferred
  • Experiencein data analytics and/or business analysis preferred
