Responsibilities

Peraton is looking to hire a PMO Analyst-Mid in the Washington DC Metro area.  This role will be a remote position. At times the role will also require travel to Annapolis Junction, MD or the Quantico client site when necessary.

 

What you'll do:

  • Support the operational execution of programs to help achieve cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and operational reporting.
  • Serve as the liaison between project teams, leadership, clients, and vendors.
  • Monitor program performance, resolve risks, and implement process improvements.
  • Support contract management, financial analysis, and funding oversight.
  • Develop operational metrics, dashboards, and executive status reports.
  • Support proposal development, pricing activities, and new business efforts.
  • Coordinate resources and provide operational guidance to project teams.
Qualifications

What you'll need:

  • Education: 8 years with a BS/BA, 6 years with a MS/MA or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience in business operations, program management, or project management supporting large scale IT programs
  • Experience managing project budgets, staffing, subcontracting, procurements, schedules, contracts, and financial reporting
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendor
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project or financial management systems
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance required
  • Must be local to the DC Metro area
Target Salary Range$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
