Work You'll Do As a Project - Project Management Senior Consultant on the project, you will:
- Gather, validate, and organize information related to operational problems, process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Conduct organizational studies and operational assessments; develop recommendations to improve effectiveness, efficiency, readiness and compliance
- Apply mathematical modeling, statistical analysis and optimization methods to support decision-making, policy formulation, forecasting, anomaly detection, and process improvement initiatives
- Support user acceptance testing, deployment, training, and adoption of dashboards and analytic tools
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, KPIs, scorecards, and other decision-support products in platforms such as Power BI

Qualifications Required
: - Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in project management and managing multiple priorities in a client-facing environment
- 5+ years of experience working in/with Microsoft Office, Power BI, SQL, data querying and transformation, KPI development and executive reporting
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Ability to travel 0-30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Ability to work fully onsite in Frederick, MD with occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites as required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Army logistics, medical logistics, sustainment, supply chain operations, Palantir Foundry/Advana, SAP modules, data governance, access controls, and cybersecurity constraints in government environments

This compensation range is specific to Baltimore and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.A reasonable estimate of the current range is$88,800 to $148,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
