About your role:As a Project Manager - Advisor II, you will lead medium to large client-facing implementation and delivery projects within Professional Services. You will work with clients, internal business partners, and cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution. Your work helps deliver predictable outcomes, support client relationships, and enable successful solution delivery.
What you'll do:- Lead client-facing and internal projects from intake through implementation and short-term post-production support.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, governance models, communication plans, risk logs, issue logs, and change control processes for medium to large projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across products, business units, and functional areas to align scope, dependencies, milestones, and delivery decisions.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and success criteria to clients, stakeholders, and business partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate project meetings, governance forums, problem-solving sessions, and formal presentations to support timely decisions and consistent execution.
- Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships by managing expectations and providing clear updates on project progress and outcomes.
- Author scope and solution documents with input from technical resources to support delivery planning and implementation readiness.

Experience you'll need to have:- 6+ years of experience in project management leading client-facing implementations, consulting engagements, or delivery projects across multiple workstreams.
- 6+ years of experience applying project management processes and methodologies to define scope, manage timelines, track risks and issues, and deliver projects through final implementation.
- 6+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment across products, business units, or functional areas.
- 6+ years of experience preparing and delivering project updates, governance materials, and presentations for clients, stakeholders, and internal partners.
- 6+ years of experience authoring project scope, delivery, and solution documentation with input from technical or operational teams.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, technology, or a related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:- Experience supporting Professional Services or fintech implementation projects.
- Experience managing projects with post-production support activities.
- Experience working with financial services, payments, or client delivery organizations.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification.
How you'll work:- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Salary Range$120,000.00 - $198,000.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
