The Role

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Must Have

High School Diploma and 14 years of experience

Bachelors degree and 10 years of experience

-or-

Masters degree or above and 8 year of experience

Nice to Have

Must be proficient in MS Access and Excel. Advanced analytical, data analiysis and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead, influence, collaborate and motivate cross-functional teams. Ability to negotiate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts.Knowledge of industry practices and technical standards. Working knowledge of Planning Yard processes and customers, excellent customer interface, verbal and written communication skills.
