What you'll be doing day to day • Lead and support the planning and execution of digital launches and adoption initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and long-term business outcomes. • Apply structured change management practices to prepare, support, and enable business teams through digital transformation and new ways of working. • Develop and execute adoption strategies, monitoring user engagement and addressing barriers to maximize adoption and value realization. • Coach and support co-workers and project teams to achieve project and operational objectives through effective leadership and collaboration. • Manage project plans, dependencies, interfaces, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation actions to ensure successful delivery. • Build and maintain strong partnerships with business, digital, and global stakeholders, ensuring alignment on launch objectives, readiness activities, communications, training, and support plans. • Drive timely and effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and engagement at all levels. • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth transitions from project delivery into business-as-usual operations. • Define and monitor success metrics, analyze adoption and performance trends, gather user feedback, and translate insights into recommendations that improve future launches and business outcomes. • Deliver projects and initiatives to the required quality standards, within agreed timelines and budget parameters, leveraging relevant functional expertise.
