Project Manager Job Description
We are looking for an experienced technical PM with 10 15 years experience who can handle complex stakeholders, a political environment and suppliers. GCS works closely with information technology, product development embedded engineering and aftersales. Domain experience in OEM vehicle connected services (in vehicle infotainment with native and 3rd party apps android tablet related, fleet management services, over the air updates, data integration services) embedded engineering, technology projects are required. Our governance is based on PMI BoK and we have hybrid agile projects (using MS project, Azure DevOps as main tools). The Connected Truck department aims to implement Connected Truck within the Org network, to position it competitively and to realize the Business Case. Within Connected Truck, the Services Development department has the goal of defining Connected Services / Features for the benefit of Customers, Dealers and internal organizations, ensuring that these Services / Features are delivered in the right quality and then transferring them for market introduction . Job description You draw up project plans in close consultation with the Connected Services Development program manager and the relevant business manager and supplier. You describe and coordinate the business requirements with the parties involved. You monitor the progress of the project in terms of scope and timing and you identify (imminent) deviations in a timely manner. You are also expected to come up with recommendations or proposals for adjustments. You provide the reports and presentations of the QTCP (Quality, Timing, Cost and Performance) aspects of a project. The project team you manage usually consists of various specialists such as IT architects, software developers, information and business analysts and hardware experts. We also collaborate with and use solutions from third parties. There is therefore a great emphasis on integration and coordination. An agile scrum approach within the projects is encouraged where possible.

¿ You are the Leader for product teams where you coach these teams and individuals to work better, more effectively and more customer oriented. Tasks and Responsibilities:
¿ You are responsible for the correct design and organization of your project(s). You are responsible for its definition, management and delivery within the preconditions of scope, quality, effort, risks and time.
¿ You ensure that the developed application or system is properly embedded in the receiving organizations (IT operational management, Business application management).
¿ Any necessary process changes for this (both IT and Business) are also managed from within the project.
