Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven leadership and communication skills, particularly in stakeholder management.
• Capability to lead teams autonomously with minimal support.
• Experience managing full-lifecycle engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead avionics and embedded systems projects from start to finish.
• Oversee daily engineering activities for comprehensive project execution.
• Act as the primary liaison for customers and internal teams.
• Establish and monitor project scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Utilize management techniques like Earned Value Management to track progress.
• Apply Quality Management Systems (QMS) effectively.
• Promote collaboration among diverse engineering teams.
• Guide the development of team members and manage performance.
• Support senior management with various project-related tasks.
