Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of practical related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Military background preferred, particularly in submarines, communications, or operational roles.
• Experience working with Navy leadership, TYCOMs, or fleet units is beneficial.
• Demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, and coordination for submarine deployment activities.
• Act as primary liaison with submarine TYCOMs and Navy leadership for alignment on schedules and priorities.
• Manage development and delivery of necessary project documentation, including reports and data calls.
• Coordinate efforts across teams to ensure project readiness and execution alignment.
• Assign and track tasks for personnel to ensure compliance with procedures and timelines.
• Refine project procedures to enhance workflow efficiency and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and facilitate resolution through technical teams.
• Independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, operational environment.
