About the Role:As a Project Inspector/ Construction Installation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising installation and construction activities onsite to ensure successful timely delivery and completion.
Many of these projects will take place during non-business hours and should be scheduled for third shift to accommodate the client. You will need to be available to work overnight on these shifts, Monday through Friday. Third shift is 2:00pm-10:00pmThis job is based in Seattle, WA and then other cities throughout the United States after a few months.
What You'll Do:- Work on site to provide direct oversight and supervision of the progress of construction activities.
- Review the status of work completed during the period covered and confirm work is aligned with the approved drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with various internal and external program stakeholders including third party vendors, contractors and other site personnel to successfully coordinate and drive projects to completion.
- Monitor, observe, and evaluate that the construction work being performed is in general conformance with the contract, and ensures that the contractor is taking the steps necessary to meet quality requirements.
- Prepare daily reports and provide updates to the Construction Manager.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
- Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with company RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
- Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
- Work within broad guidelines and policies.
- Explain difficult or sensitive information.
- Other duties as required to ensure successful timely delivery of all projects.
What You'll Need:Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.- BS Degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Specific working knowledge and experience in project or construction management or related profession.
- Proven experience and comfortability working on site and previous managerial experience with the ability to motivate others.
- Good understanding of reporting requirements and experience with writing and providing management reports.
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information and the willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. experience with Kahua is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

The minimum salary for this position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $130,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
