Job DescriptionPosition Summary This positionis responsible formanaging a large project team/multiple project teams, or multiple small projects including staffing and performance appraisals. Serves asprimarypoint of contact for project team(s).
Position Details- Provides project status updates to client and leadership.
- Maintains solid client relationships and continuouslysourcesopportunities for revenue.
- Develops and implements strategies.
- Manages budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for project.
- Participates in project meetings with internal departments.
- Delegates work andservesas mentor to project team. Provides coaching and performancefeedbackas necessary.
Qualifications - Four-year degree in Engineering, or applicable experience
- Minimum 12 years experience, including minimum 5 years people management experience
- Mastery knowledge of applicable systems design, such as HVAC, plumbing, etc., as well as all design engineering aspects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communication with all levels of employees,clientsand general contractors
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven ability to lead a large team
- Strong public speaking ability
- Strong computer skills, including CADD, ERP and Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel

Pay: Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Washington, this ranges from $141,097.00-$211,645.00 yearly plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
