Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering or applicable experience
• Minimum 12 years' experience, with at least 5 years in people management
• Expertise in systems design (HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing large teams
• Strong public speaking skills
• Proficient with CADD, ERP, and Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple project teams or several small projects
• Provide project status updates to clients and leadership
• Foster solid client relationships and explore revenue opportunities
• Develop and implement project strategies
• Oversee budget reports, cost projections, and change orders
• Participate in inter-departmental project meetings
• Delegate tasks and mentor project team members
