Position DescriptionThe Project Executive holds ultimate responsibility and ownership for multiple projects and/or sectors throughout the entire project lifecycle. This is a senior leadership position for a commercial construction professional with strong experience leading and developing teams. This is an in-office position in based at our Lynchburg, VA Headquarters, with regular travel to project sites in Central Virginia.
- Holds total ownership for construction execution across an assigned portfolio of projects ensuring each meets design intent, budget, and schedule commitments.
- Leads pursuit strategy for new client relationships and stewards existing ones.
- Mentors Project Managers, Superintendents, and emerging leaders, building the bench for the company's continued growth.
- Sets and enforces standards for schedule, quality, safety, financial performance, and client experience across all assigned projects.

- Experience managing budgets, procurement, and cross-functional coordination across business areas.

- High degree of organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Experience, Education, & Certifications- Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of field construction management experience at a senior management level, including managing projects exceeding $40M.
- Demonstrated experience across preconstruction, field supervision, and project management.
- Must possess working knowledge of or a willingness to learn: Outlook, Word, Excel, Bluebeam, ProjectSight, and Viewpoint.

Salary- $120,000 - $150,000 USD / year
Working Conditions: This is a headquarters-based executive role with frequent travel to active project sites, full time. Must have the ability to crawl, climb, walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, kneel, crouch, stand for longs periods of time, lift and hold in excess of 25lbs, talk, hear and occasionally sit. Must have the ability to withstand confined spaces and or/extreme heights while negotiating tasks at hand in a safe manner to themselves and/or others. Subject to hot, cold, humid and wet conditions depending on location.
