What You Bring to the Arena - Lead multiple complex commercial projects, owning safety, quality, schedule, financial performance, and client satisfaction across your portfolio.
- Drive portfolio performance by proactively managing risk, resources, profitability, and project health.
- Provide strategic direction to Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams from preconstruction through closeout.
- Build trusted client relationships that strengthen partnerships and generate repeat business.
- Lead and develop Project Managers and project teams while building the next generation of leaders.
- Drive pursuit strategy, proposals, and client presentations to help win the right work.
- Partner across MCL to drive operational excellence and help shape company strategy and growth.
The Skills Behind the Build - 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including 5+ years as a Project Manager with a general contractor.
- Proven experience leading multiple complex commercial projects with accountability for financial performance, teams, risk, and client relationships.
- Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, cost control, resource planning, and operational performance.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and project teams.
- Strong track record of building client relationships that generate repeat business.
- Experience leading pursuit strategy, proposals, client presentations, and project interviews.
- Experience with CMAR, Design-Build, GMP, or other integrated project delivery methods.
- Healthcare, mission critical/data center, federal, education, or other technically complex commercial project experience is highly valued.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline required.
