Job Title: Project Engineer
Location: Warrendale, PA
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00
Work Model: Onsite - onsite
Responsibilities- Manage multi-discipline engineering, procurement and construction projects, identifying opportunities to resolve engineering issues, drive improvements, allocate resources, and oversee project budgets, schedules and deliverables.
- Review and approve invoices.
- Serve as primary point of contact with clients, translating project needs to engineering staff and leading project meetings.
- Provide direction and decision-making support to resolve engineering issues.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
- Develop Requests for Proposals for vendors, subconsultants and subcontractors.
- Support procurement in development and issuance of Purchase Orders.
- Manage vendor, subconsultant and subcontractor relationships.
- Track and manage data/submittal flow between clients, vendors, contractors and engineering.
- Manage cost control in coordination with Project Controls, including review/approval of client and vendor/contractor invoicing.
- Review and approve engineering specifications and drawing packages for scope and compliance.
- Support project document control.
- Prepare proposals and cost estimates.
- Manage scope/change control.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a project engineer or in an equivalent project supervisory role, preferably within the renewable natural gas industry.
- Experience managing multidiscipline and EPC projects.
- Experience developing and executing estimates, schedules and project execution plans.
- Experience with equipment, services and subcontract procurement, negotiation and change management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
