Job Description
You will be the Project Engineer, on the AMMM Project Engineering team responsible for delivering complex system development products and solutions for a variety of contracts.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Project Engineer your responsibilities will include:
• Manage a portfolio of effort consisting of complex system/technical development from concept, through design, implementation, test, manufacturing/deployment, sustainment and modifications.
• Ensure alignment with Engineering and Technology strategy, technical feasibility, and manages technical risk.
• Drive planning and execution across all Engineering Teams to meet contract cost, schedule, and technical requirements and satisfy customer needs.
• Act as single voice and point of contact to program management and senior leadership on program execution.
• Provide timely and accurate insight to key program impacts or opportunities to the Program Manager.
• Develop innovative and scalable standardized processes to maintain agility and flexibility.
• Complete all Earned Value Management assigned duties to include work authorization requests, estimate at complete reviews, schedule status, variance reporting, comprehensive estimates at complete, and proposal tasks.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree with a STEM major required
• 5 years experience in an aircraft design, test,
integration, or sustainment environment.
• Project Management or Project Engineering
experience
• Experience managing conflicting program priorities
• Demonstrated understanding of Program planning
and management of complex program issues
Desired skills
• Previous CAM (Control Account Manager)
management experience with Earned Value
Management (EVM) responsibilities
• Has prior Software, Avionics, or Aircraft experience
• Demonstrated understanding of Program planning
and management of complex program issues
• Must have strong inter-personal skills, have the ability to work within a team, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in developing proposals
and execution of programs and projects
• Ability to author initial design and follow-on

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $120,100 - $208,150. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
