Job Description
The Program Support & Compliance (PS&C) team is part of the Eastern Range (ER) Mission Operations Directorate within Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM). We are a high performing, collaborative group focused on coordinating across ER in areas such as Risk Management, Internal Audits, Documentation and Technical Support. Our team works closely with 28 cross functional partners-including System Integration and Test Engineering, Quality Assurance (QA), and Warehouse/Maintenance Operations to ensure compliance to program requirements and processes.
Daily Responsibilities:
• Lead and participate in the Comprehensive Assessment Program (CAP) by coordinating monitors, conducting independent monitoring (e.g., processes, locally developed policy), supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions, and performing audits and evaluations
• Coordinate the development process and distribution of ER policy documentation and FBM Command media for the Eastern Range
• Facilitate the Risk and Opportunity Management Board (ROMB), leading risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities; capturing opportunities for process improvement; tracking corrective action plans; and reporting status to senior leadership
• Aid in the creation of, and subsequently chair, the Documentation Control Board (DCB) to oversee the lifecycle of all ER and FBM documentation-establishing version control standards, approving document releases, and ensuring compliance with LM and customer policies
• Coordinate the Continuous Improvement (CI) program to drive measurable gains in safety, quality, and efficiency for the Eastern Range and FBM Command
• Provide technical support to ER Mission Operations and serve as liaison between other directorates
• Review and provide input to requirements for ER Mission Operations
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and interfacing with internal and external customers
• Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD TOP SECRET clearance to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $98,300 - $170,315. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
