Full Job Description
Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems. Basic Qualifications • High School Diploma w/13 years of relevant experience is required OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related discipline from an accredited college or university w/10 years of relevant experience is required OR Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related discipline from an accredited college or university w/8 years of relevant experience is required. • Experience coordinating program activities across multiple teams and stakeholders while developing and maintaining detailed schedules, milestones, and deliverables. • Experience analyzing program data to identify trends, risks, and performance issues, tracking risks, issues, and dependencies, and supporting mitigation efforts. • Experience preparing comprehensive reports, briefings, and documentation for leadership, ensuring compliance with applicable policies, standards, and frameworks. • Experience supporting, budgeting, resource tracking, and overall program planning, leveraging program-management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) to monitor progress. • Experience recommending and implementing process improvements that increase program efficiency and effectiveness and facilitated regular communication to gather updates and keep all parties informed. • Must possess a current U.S. TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. Desired Skills • Proficiency with program-management software (MS Suite, JIRA, etc.). • Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills. • Ability to interpret and apply policy and compliance requirements. • Basic understanding of USCYBERCOM mission areas and cyber operations • Experience with Workflow Management System (WMS) and/or JIRA to task, track and manage tasks. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00 The salary range for this position is as listed on the requisition. Please note that the salary information listed is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market(work location) and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible work arrangements and schedules (e.g., 4x10), 401(k) match, Paid time off, Holidays, Parental Leave, EAP, Flexible Spending Accounts, Education Assistance, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability. • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics. • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
