Nationality Requirements

Position Summary

Develops plans and leads engineering teams to ensure optimum use of time and resources and provides technical leadership, ensuring that team performance is aligned and contributes to the overall goals of the business unit. Serves as a subject matter expert and influencer to make complex decisions based on advanced analytical expertise to develop innovative solutions and supporting the decision-making process.
Job Description

Provides direction for adaptation of new engineering technologies and techniques, including collaborating across business units, to deliver practical innovations in systems and processes. Supports the bid and proposal process by leading across-functional team to generate a large portion or the entirety of the technical proposal. Remains current on trends and emerging technologies and tools. May include safety, environmental protection and compliance. Coaches and trains lower-level project engineers.Typically, Master degree in a related field and 15+ years experience in a range of roles within a relevant complex engineering environment.

May be required to maintain security clearance.
Expected Compensation: The expected compensation range for this role is

$160,992.00 - $201,136.00.

Ultra Maritime considers multiple factors when determining final compensation, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, a candidate's relevant experience and education, certifications and training, as well as current business and market conditions.
