Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 0-5 years of construction, design, or field support experience.
• Working knowledge of construction techniques, drawings, specifications, and building materials.
• Strong communication skills for managing interfaces with team members.
• Familiarity with project management software such as CMiC, P6, Bluebeam, and CAD.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and promote workplace safety.
• Assist in construction layout and material procurement processes.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify compliance with plans and specifications.
• Prepare documentation records including status reports and material calculations.
• Facilitate approvals for work method statements and necessary permits.
• Support construction activities and lead tasks under supervision.
• Resolve drawing interpretation issues and manage Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Provide building control lines and elevations for material installation accuracy.
