The Project Engineer will:

  • Design and develop electrical and electronic component based on project specifications.
  • Work on DEMDI projects to ensure successful transfer of legacy electronic components to sunset suppliers.
  • Follow APQP and PPAP process to ensure quality of parts produced at new facility. Work on field failures of components, investigating root cause, working with product service engineers. Work on product certification for compliance requirements, EMC certification, and product safety.
  • Prepare electrical harness for components of bench test. Primary worksite is East Peoria IL but relocation possible.

Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field
