Position Title: Project Engineer (Level 2 & 3)
Salary: Level 2: $91,000-$103,000, Level 3: $101,000-$115,000 / annually, DOE + 7% Bonus

Responsibilities - Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and productivity tracking
- Prepare estimates, quantity takeoffs, proposals, and change orders
- Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Maintain project documentation and reporting within Procore
- Track labor productivity, project costs, and forecasting
- Lead field quality control documentation and implementation
- Support invoicing, project cash flow, and financial reporting
- Coordinate safety planning, toolbox talks, and field compliance
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 2-5 years of industrial construction experience
- Experience with project scheduling and estimating
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience with construction management software
- Willingness to travel approximately 50%
