Are you a detail-oriented engineer ready to take the next step in your career? As a Project Engineer, Land Development and Municipal Engineering, you will support a growing portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional site development projects across Ontario.

This role empowers you to refine your technical expertise, collaborate with industry-leading professionals, and help shape the communities where we live, work, and grow-while supporting municipal approvals and permits.

Your Impact
  • Deliver design solutions for water, wastewater, and stormwater systems on multidisciplinary land development projects
  • Prepare site servicing, grading, and drainage designs, including drawings (AutoCAD/Civil 3D) and technical reports
  • Coordinate permits, approvals, and regulatory submissions with municipal authorities
  • Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, contractors, clients, and internal teams to drive project success
  • Support project coordination, documentation, and quality control processes
  • Apply innovative problem-solving approaches to improve project outcomes
  • Contribute to building sustainable and resilient communities through impactful infrastructure design

The Skills That Set You Apart
  • 3-5 years of experience in land development or municipal engineering
  • Strong expertise in site servicing, stormwater management, grading, and drainage design
  • P.Eng. designation in Ontario
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Working knowledge of Ontario land development processes and approval pathways
  • Familiarity with Ontario and Ottawa Design Guidelines
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset
  • Valid Ontario driver's licence with ability to work in both office and field environments
  • PSPC Security Clearance considered an asset

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 - $118,900
MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $81,100 - $107,700
