Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent education
• Minimum 3 years' experience in project support
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and applicable systems design
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and plumbing plans
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in CADD and Microsoft Office including Excel

Responsibilities

• Support project teams on complex projects
• Collaborate with management and stakeholders regarding project issues
• Manage and track change orders accurately
• Expedite materials and estimate impact of project changes
• Provide interpretation of plans and specifications
• Assemble submittal packages and required project documentation
• Procure equipment and materials; assist in subcontractor hiring
