Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management or engineering experience, or equivalent field experience with a relevant degree.
• Familiarity with the electrical construction industry and products.
• Proficient in software like Accubid, Excel, Revit, and AutoCAD.
• Electrical license strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize construction projects from start to finish.
• Track project submittals using Procore Document management software.
• Oversee and ensure quality control through the FSG QA/QC Program.
• Coordinate communication across multiple sites and teams; provide training as necessary.
• Conduct bid analysis and constructability reviews, and assist with permit processing.
• Understand and apply BIM Analysis and Pre-Fabrication Designs effectively.
• Leverage engineering expertise to manage project timelines, estimate costs, and predict risks.
• Collaborate with FSG Construction and Project Managers to analyze production and manage materials.
