Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, electrical, or architectural engineering, construction management, or a closely related field
• Experience managing or inspecting facility construction projects with an emphasis on owner's representation or Title II oversight
• Familiarity with construction documentation such as schedules, submittals, RFIs, daily reports, and quality assurance records
• Strong communication skills for effectively conveying project updates and challenges
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to military installations, requiring a favorable background check

Responsibilities

• Manage facility projects from inception to completion, focusing on scope, schedule, budget, and coordination
• Track project progress and generate concise updates for squadron leadership
• Conduct Title II construction management, including site inspections and quality assurance
• Coordinate activities among contractors, squadron shops, and base agencies to minimize disruptions
• Assist in developing punch lists and reviewing projects prior to completion
