Role Scope

As a Project Engineer (onsite) in Calhoun, GA, you will lead cross-functional efforts to deliver customer programs from concept through launch, ensuring stable, repeatable production. This role exists to keep projects on schedule, aligned to technical requirements, and executed with disciplined communication-especially for candidates who must have plastic injection molding exp.

Key responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk/issue logs; drive actions to closure
- Coordinate tooling, process development, and validation activities with engineering, quality, and operations
- Manage customer and internal communication, including status updates, documentation, and change control
- Use data and structured problem-solving to support continuous improvement during and after launch

- 5+ years plastics experience
- 5+ years project management experience

A Typical Day
