A DAY IN THE LIFE- Directs daily operations of the project site, under the supervision of the Site Manager
- Leader in cost control, quality processes, quantity tracking, job book, project documentation, procurement, schedule, and client satisfaction
- Supervises the Field Engineers, Quality personnel, and Project Administrative Assistants, ensuring Blattner processes are learned, developed, and demonstrated
- Partners with the project team to understand multiple work disciplines and ensure site compliance with IRA requirements
WHAT YOU'LL NEED- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations)
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART- Effective communication (oral, written, presentation), motivation, and supervisory skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio); ability to access job cost information from Power BI
- Involved with and understands two (2) or more trade disciplines (grading, electrical, structures, or installation)
