Responsibilities

  • Track invoices and ensure proper document delivery.

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and system integration expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.

You'll play a central role in reducing the carbon footprint of Canada's busiest public transit system while ensuring the successful delivery of world-class solutions. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (System Deployment & Integration, Corridor Sub-Systems, and Engineering), manage technical risks, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and much more.

We'll look to you for
  • Engineering impact assessment coordination, supporting change management activities
  • Assist with technical coordination between Project Engineering Manager and the Industrialization and Installation teams
  • Problem solving through the identification of appropriate process applications,
  • Oversee eBOM creation and maintenance
  • Create, collect, and consolidate engineering reporting dashboards and reports
  • KPI Management / weekly and monthly report Generation for internal and external reporting
  • DML & Planning P6 Synchronization
  • Invoice Tracking
  • Ensure delivery of documents via Doc Control
  • APSYS roadmap application

Compensation

The expected compensation for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
