The Opportunity

We're seeking a Project Engineer to support project teams from preconstruction through closeout. You'll coordinate documentation, scheduling, subcontractor communications, and quality control-helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

This role is perfect for a construction professional looking to deepen their expertise and grow into a senior project management track.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preconstruction activities, estimating, and bid evaluations
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• Support scheduling and cost tracking efforts using industry software
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Monitor quality control and help ensure jobsite safety compliance
• Contribute to project closeout, including as-built documentation and warranty materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in commercial or residential construction
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
