Project Director - Design Deploy - Enterprise Transformation

Work location: Hybrid; Travel to Texas Health Resources: 612 East Lamar Blvd Arlington, Texas 76011 and hospitals dependent upon assigned projects.
Work hours: Full Time, Exempt position

What You Will Do:

Leading and managing cross-functional teams and utilizing knowledge of change management to interface with senior and department leaders to drive execution and reach value realization goals 25%

Works with Transformation Management leadership and project stakeholders to ensure metrics of success are aligned with strategic objectives and the conceptual design of the project. 15%

Leads coordination of activities across multiple business units for projects. Understands and creates critical path, providing planning support and identifying and managing dependencies to meet established key milestones. This often includes creation of workplans, timelines, and schedules to organize complex projects 15%

Serves as a communication liaison between internal stakeholders, external partners, the project team, and other functional or departmental leaders to ensure understanding of all necessary aspects of the project and objectives are being met. Positions solutions and secures buy-in. This requires regular written and verbal communication to communicate complex issues succinctly and clearly to drive crucial conversations, alignment, and decisions. 15%

Works with Transformation Management leadership in recommending resource sequencing based on understanding of capacity 10%

What You Need:

Bachelor's Degree In relevant field required
Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration or Business Administration preferred
5 Years Relevant work experience with at least 4 years in healthcare operations with experience in project management and/or large-scale health care organizational change required

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with proven ability to facilitate multi-disciplinary teams.
Must possess the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of stakeholders including various healthcare professionals, departmental leadership, and external advisors. This includes the written and verbal communication skills required to concisely present information required to drive alignment and decision-making.
Ability to make quality, independent decisions; work effectively and efficiently within an ambiguous environment; ability to meet deadlines demonstrated by the ability to structure an issue and analyze alternative solutions; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent influencing skills and have demonstrable experience in realizing and driving forward a cohesive program of work, with the ability to resolve interdependencies across a particular project or workstream.
High energy, positive attitude and internal drive are essential.
Analytical skills to guide, manipulate and analyze relevant data to inform sound decision-making preferred.
Experience in metric creation; with demonstrated ability to connect process to outcome.
