Full Job Description
Position Summary

The Project Director is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the project team, with a focus on driving growth across all service lines by creating and implementing customer-centric operational processes. This role is responsible for driving revenue through relationship management, improving operational consistency, streamlining processes, and helping teams identify revenue opportunities through exceptional operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, prepare, and execute an overall customer-centric operational plan
  • Lead the effort to create scalable, consistent operational processes across the organization
  • Help train operations teams on newly developed processes, especially those related to industries with significant business interruption exposure
  • Maximize revenue opportunities through strong operational support and collaboration with the business development team
  • Prospect and set appointments as needed
  • Work closely with internal team members to capitalize on revenue-generating synergies
  • Prepare estimates and close point-of-sale project opportunities when necessary
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and profitability of each assigned or sold project
  • Assist with collection efforts
  • Partner with the business development team to support client communication and resolve issues when needed
  • Communicate effectively in high-stress situations
  • Maintain memberships in relevant industry organizations, as applicable
  • Utilize and manage CRM tools to keep client information and activity records current
  • Support operational selling efforts by providing internal support, including documentation, communication, expectation setting, and job site assistance when needed
  • Maintain and fulfill corporate reporting requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
