Work you'll do

As a PROJECT - Delivery Management Engineer III on the Government & Public Services team, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing Security Cooperation support across the full case lifecycle for Foreign Military Sales and Building Partner Capacity activities.
  • Advising, training, and supporting personnel on Security Cooperation policies, procedures, and case execution requirements.
  • Coordinating with client leadership and Department of Defense stakeholders to support execution of Security Cooperation and Foreign Military Sales operations.
  • Conducting quality control reviews of Letter of Offer and Acceptance data to verify compliance with applicable policies and standards.
  • Supporting case management, tasking coordination, reporting, and process improvement efforts, including SharePoint-based tracking and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active Secret security clearance
  • 8+ years of experience supporting third-party sales for Foreign Military Sales programs
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Building Partner Capacity and exchange agreement activities
  • Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
  • Master's degree
  • Experience with International Traffic in Arms Regulations and export control policies
  • SharePoint certification
  • Project Management Professional certification
  • Additional language proficiency
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,800 to $171,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
