Responsibilities

• Manage program budget from approval through project closure
• Act as primary contact for program investment queries
• Establish and track project funding and budget status
• Assign accounting classifications to requisitions
• Lead weekly investment meetings with execution teams
• Conduct requisition approval meetings with stakeholders
• Forecast program spending and perform variance analysis
• Assess corporate program liability and identify favorability
• Facilitate periodic reviews with manufacturing leadership
• Supervise investment analyst activities
• Utilize SAP and MS Office for project management
• Collaborate with teams to align commitments with program timelines
• Develop and enhance operational work methods
