The Opportunity

As a Project Coordinator supporting Power Delivery projects, you'll play a key role in enabling the successful delivery of electrical infrastructure that powers communities. Working closely with project managers and technical teams, you'll help coordinate schedules, documentation, and resources across complex, multidisciplinary projects.

This role offers the opportunity to deepen your project coordination skills while contributing to critical energy systems that support reliability, growth, and the transition to a more resilient power network.

This position will support teams across North America and can be located in any of our Canadian offices.

Your Impact
  • Coordinate and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure teams have a clear roadmap and can deliver milestones on time and within scope.
  • Organize and support project meetings by preparing agendas, documenting minutes, tracking action items, and ensuring follow through.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide timely updates to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, reports, change orders, drawings, and package submissions.
  • Prepare, format, and issue project deliverables using WSP templates and tools to meet quality and client standards.
  • Track project expenditures and support resource planning to align utilization with approved budgets and work plans.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, external vendors, and clients to keep work flowing and remove bottlenecks.
  • Support project and construction management activities, including document control, action tracking, and coordination with site teams.
  • Capture accurate minutes for weekly project reviews and key sessions, ensuring decisions and next steps are clearly shared.

  • A degree, diploma, or certificate in administration, project management, or a related field, paired with 3-8 years of project coordination or project administrative experience supporting multiple projects.
  • Experience working in project driven environments
  • Knowledge in Smartsheet is an asset
  • High proficiency in MS Office and confidence working with databases, vendor systems, and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of project controls and planning tools such as Primavera P6 is an asset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solutions focused mindset-anticipating needs, identifying issues early, and helping project managers maintain progress.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Motivation to grow your project coordination capabilities; certifications such as CAPM or PMP and familiarity with Agile methodologies are assets.

Compensation

Compensation:
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $69,700 - $92,300
MB & ON: $63,600 - $87,500
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $62,900 - $83,600
