Project Coordinator - Manufacturing Operations
Lead I - Data Engineering
UST is searching for a Project Coordinator who will effectively work with other staff to maximize productivity for the project / program.
The opportunity:
• Effectively work with other staff to maximize productivity for the project / program.
• Ensure that all phases of project, program and/or process development are documented and that information required in other functional areas is reported, disseminated, or transferred, as appropriate.
• Lead regular program reviews, readiness assessments, and risk management discussions.
• Communicate program status, risks, mitigation plans, and executive updates to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Effectively engage with driving BOM uploads/CP request
• Launch schedule CRF(change reques form) and update PUSH/DROP if applicable.
• Manage and track system ship dates and update the system push pout tracker accordingly.
• Close CRFs when project manager are the last approvers.
• Issue Delivery notes for completed projects.
• Paperwork refresher on systems that have been sitting in FGI but are approaching their ship date,
• Establish and coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Test Engineering, Quality, Product Engineering, Operations, and Program Management

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Years of experience: 0-4
• Technical Skills:
• Required: Project management
• Desired: Administrator/project management
• Computer Skills

• Soft Skills : Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Austin, Texas
Compensation Range: $72,000-$108,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
