Responsibilities

  • Assist project manager in generating financial and project reports.
  • Manage and track complex documents throughout review cycles and final deliverables.

  • Communicate effectively to enhance the customer experience both internally and externally.
  • Coordinate between engineering, procurement, and construction teams for effective deliverable hand-offs.

  • Compile necessary documents for customer history files and document retention.

Full Job Description
What You'll Do Day-To-Day

  • Assist project manager in creating project reports as required consisting of financials and project reporting.
  • Manage and track multiple complex documents to manage document review cycles and issuance of final deliverables to customers.
  • Review and understand contract obligations as per the responsible scope of work.
  • Assist with change management and change order process, including pricing, negotiating, processing, and assessing cost and schedule impact.
  • Influence customer experience with strong communication, both written and verbal internally and externally.
  • Act as a liaison between engineering procurement and construction groups to coordinate critical hand offs on deliverables.
  • Maintain and perform project document control and procedures, including managing transmittals.
  • Support compilation of documents required for customer history file and retention.
  • Prepare and supervise progress claims for work completed and cost accruals.
  • Review subcontractor invoices for accuracy in conjunction with scheduled work complete.
  • Prepare and maintain project lists (actions, rentals, materials, others as required).
  • Coordinate inventory and tracking of materials and equipment.
  • Assist construction coordination and planning.
  • Identify and assists resolution of field technical issues.
  • Assist with overall project closeout, including document archival, maintenance and warranty manuals, deficiencies, and warranty work.
  • Organize, schedule, coordinate, and initiate upcoming project work.
  • Maintain budgets, forecasts and track all project statistics and information.
  • Support managers and project teams in organizing, performing, tracking and reporting project activities.
  • Review, track progress, and communicate project progress to managers and team members.

Total Rewards Package

  • Salary: $42.00-$55.10/hrand may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
