Qualifications

• 2-4 years of civil construction experience.
• College and/or University degree in related field, or practical work experience.
• Applied knowledge of 'Earned Value' principles.
• Familiarity with Project Management and PMBOK concepts.
• Understanding of cost engineering and cost control processes.
• Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills for multitasking in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across management levels.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project job costs, cash flows, and revenue forecasting.
• Monitor project costs and budgets, making necessary adjustments as required.
• Facilitate payments to subcontractors and manage service agreements.
• Create and submit payment applications to clients.
• Investigate issues or incidents and propose appropriate solutions.
• Compile cost and schedule proposals for change orders.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Contribute to project decisions related to costs and scheduling.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the project Scheduler.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Project Management Team.
