Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• 10+ years experience in project controls, financial controls, finance/accounting, scheduling, or related functions.
• Project management experience valued; PMP or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of earned value management (EVM), cost forecasting, and schedule management practices.
• Familiarity with PMIS, cost management, or scheduling platforms like Oracle EBS and Primavera P6 preferred.
• Ability to lead and mentor project controls professionals across various disciplines.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of finance, schedule, and document controls for power delivery programs.
• Create and maintain project schedules while monitoring contractor schedules for issues and resolutions.
• Develop project controls processes including change management and cost/schedule standardization.
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and oversee project accounting and EVM practices.
• Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and analytics tools for decision-making insights.
• Administer cost management systems and oversee invoice review and processing.
• Deliver regular progress reports and communicate effectively in executive settings.
