Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, data science, manufacturing systems, industrial technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience developing and managing complex project schedules with critical interdependencies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform cost and schedule analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and change management.
  • Expertise in tracking and forecasting purchase orders, subcontracts, and project expenditures.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with project teams and functional groups to ensure alignment.
  • Ability to identify risks and opportunities for efficiency and risk mitigation throughout project lifecycle.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to liaise with various project teams.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working within the oil and gas or energy sectors.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
  • Prior involvement in large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
  • Certifications in project management or scheduling (e.g., PMI-SP, CCP, or PMP).

Preferred Education and Experience:
