Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project controls or cost management, preferably in the Oil and Gas Industry or with an EPC contractor.
• Degree in engineering or construction management preferred; experience can substitute for education.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
• Ability to prioritize a heavy workload while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Must work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project cost reports weekly for both internal and client use.
• Create and oversee labor progress and performance reports as well as cost tracking for indirect labor and rentals.
• Support change management processes, including handling change orders and budget adjustments.
• Conduct timely analysis to identify potential cost overruns and develop mitigation strategies.
• Engage in regular cost control reviews with the project team to ensure alignment on financial goals.
• Assist with project cost forecasting to provide insights for monthly reporting and planning.
• Maintain budgets in project tracking tools, ensuring accurate financial oversight.
