Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project controls, cost management, or project management in the Oil and Gas industry or EPC sector.
• Degree in engineering or construction management preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, which is critical for cost management tasks.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information and collaborate with teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive cost reports for both internal and client needs on a weekly basis.
• Track and report weekly and monthly labor performance and project costs related to indirect labor and subcontracts.
• Support change management systems, including preparing change orders and managing budget adjustments.
• Conduct timely cost impact analyses and develop mitigation strategies to avoid unforeseen costs.
• Engage in regular cost control reviews with project teams to ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Assist in forecasting expected project costs for monthly reporting.
• Maintain progress budgets in tracking tools and audit payroll for coding accuracy.
