Project Control Specialist

Position Overview

SASSI is seeking a Project Control Specialist IV (PCS-IV) to support program execution, performance tracking, and schedule management across complex projects. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional with experience in acquisition programs and/or Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly engaged, with strong communication skills and the ability to interface across technical teams, leadership, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and manage project processes, controls, and performance metrics across program activities
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and related project timelines
  • Assess risks and analyze the impact of missed or inadequate deliverables on cost, schedule, and performance
  • Prepare and present programmatic reports, briefings, and analysis findings to leadership and stakeholders
  • Support development of technical reports, memoranda, and program documentation
  • Ensure alignment with technical baselines, quality standards, and contract requirements
  • Collaborate with task leads, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams to drive execution
  • Monitor and support cost, schedule, and technical performance of assigned projects
  • Review deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to submission
  • Provide program control and administrative support to program and project managers
  • Perform special projects and ad hoc analysis as required
  • Active Security Clearance
