Work You'll Do

As a Project Consultant of Strategy, Growth & Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing subject matter support on Asset Visibility, Item Unique Identification (IUID), Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), and related technologies to Department of Defense stakeholders and project teams
  • Analyzing supply and materiel management policies, directives, manuals, and procedures to identify gaps and recommend improvements
  • Supporting Supply Directorate operations by helping set priorities, track actions, and drive completion of policy and program tasks
  • Preparing technical analyses, policy recommendations, and briefing materials for reviews, assessments, governance forums, and leadership decision-making
  • Evaluating requirements across the data lifecycle, including sensors and tags, data elements and standards, integration and middleware, and dashboard-based performance measurement

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of experience or a Master's degree plus 1+ years of experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Active Secret clearance
  • 3+ years of experience in defense supply chain management
  • 1+ years of experience in
    • Supporting Asset Visibility initiatives
    • Item Unique Identification (IUID) and/or Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technologies
    • Developing, analyzing, or revising supply policies, directives, manuals, or procedures
    • Using tasking or tracking systems such as CATMS
  • Ability to work on-site in Alexandria up to 5 days a week
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting reviews, assessments, boards, committees, summits, or governance forums
  • Experience preparing technical writing, policy memoranda, or executive briefings
  • Experience evaluating data standards, systems integration, middleware, or dashboard-based performance measurement
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional logistics or supply management activities
