Responsible To: Division Director
Summary: Acts as the Comprehensive Health Division's (OCHD) lead construction program manager, overseeing all capital improvement, renovation, and facility expansion projects, including the Integrated Campus. Serves as the primary authority for planning, design, budgeting and delivery of major healthcare infrastructure projects. Responsible for strategic planning of current and future space needs, budget oversight and execution of multiple concurrent construction and expansion projects. This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of complex, multi-million-dollar capital projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, regulatory compliance and fiscal accountability. Acts as a key advisor to the Division Director and OCHD Executive Management Team on capital planning, risk management and infrastructure investment strategies. Provides directions to internal staff, consultants and contractors to ensure alignment with organizational, regulatory and community health objectives. Ensures all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with Indian Health Service (IHS), Federal, state and Tribal regulations while prioritizing the health, safety and the well-being of patients, staff, and the community. Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocations.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Project Management or related field; Five (5) years of work experience on major construction projects; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
