Fresno, CADESCRIPTION:As the
Project Closeout Manager, you will have the opportunity to,
- Lead all project closeout activities to ensure timely and successful completion of contract requirements
- Produce the Monthly owner billings
- Schedule updates aligned with closeout milestones
- Managing and reporting on closeout milestones
- Auditing and closeout of time & materials change orders
- Leading final owner acceptance and handover
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to resolve closeout items
REQUIREMENTS:- High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or similar technical discipline preferred.
- 10 or more years' construction experience on civil infrastructure or transit projects
- Previous experience in project closeout activities
- Experience on construction projects exceeding $500M in value
- Experience as a project controls manager
